Step1: Sign up from the application form
● First, please register* your intention to participate in the Waveland X project using the application form.
●You can choose from three ways to participate: investor, business manager, and service management member.
*As of January 2024, due to popular demand, we are no longer accepting new applications.
Step2: Service selection
● If you successfully pass the screening and sign a contract, we will introduce you to a list of services selected by Waveland X's global market research expert team.
● The entire service list is inspired by what has already been successful in other countries. We also strive to maximize the potential of Exit with services that meet approximately 50 original criteria such as: In fact, services developed and operated using Waveland X have a 100% probability of exiting.

●If you are participating as an investor, please select the service. Those who participate as business managers or service management members will be assigned to the most suitable service by the Waveland X team.
Step3: Development/Operation
●Actual service development will begin after receiving investment from investors. We utilize Waveland Group's wide network to assign the most suitable development team for each service and proceed with development.
●For business managers, as a representative of the service in charge, we will develop a business model suitable for the Japanese market, PL and KPI calculated backwards from the exit, and form a team necessary for service operation.All the processes necessary for service operation, such asYou will be responsible for
●During the entire process, Wavellnad X members who have already experienced Exit will serve as mentors and provide advice.
Step4：Exit
●Waveland X's goal is to support businesses that can exit with certainty. We begin preparing the materials necessary for exiting from the time of business operation, and begin the exit procedure as soon as we have a prospect of achieving the KPIs calculated backwards from the exit.
●There are two ways to exit. We will sell the business to a company that can entrust business growth through M&A, or turn the business into a stock company, and transfer the business to a business manager or investor through MBO.
●Co-founders, business managers, and core operating members receive the specified sale proceeds and one project is completed.
●After the initial contract, the process up to exit will be completed in approximately 8 to 18 months.
